Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Votes 3-2 to Remand Laser Northeast Gathering Company’s Application for Status as a Public Utility

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PUC”) moved one step closer to granting Laser Northeast Gathering Co.(“Laser”) public utility status when PUC, 3-2, decided to reject Administrative Law Judge Susan Colwell’s recommendation to deny Laser’s application.  For the complete article please view the June 2011 Agricultural Law Brief.
